What is the return & exchange period? Can I exchange my product? / Will I get a
refund? Can I return an item which was on sale?
If informed within 7 days of receiving the product (no sale order is eligible for return or exchange) with a valid reason.
Other than that no exception will be made and if the product comes back to us out of that period, will be returned back without a reason to the sender.
Mention your order No. & contact no on the package clearly while exchanging the products.
- We are open to any exchanges that are done within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following
conditions are met:
- The cost of shipping back is borne by the buyer.
- We are not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the products are being returned.

and reason of exchange.
P.S: All customers have to pay for their exchanges. We recommend that the
shipping be done with a tracking option because we will not be responsible for any lost exchanges.
Refund is not an option and kindly don't humiliate yourself or us by requesting
something very similar.
