What is the return & exchange period? Can I exchange my product? / Will I get a refund? Can I return an item which was on sale?
If informed within 7 days of receiving the product (no sale order is eligible for return or exchange) with a valid reason. Other than that no exception will be made and if the product comes back to us out of that period, will be returned back without a reason to the sender.
Mention your order No. & contact no on the package clearly while exchanging the products.

- We are open to any exchanges that are done within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met:
- The cost of shipping back is borne by the buyer.
- We are not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the products are being returned.
- Sale or discounted orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I process my exchange?
If you want to exchange an item please write to us at sales@hairniche.in with order-id and reason of exchange.
Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled, and a fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the product amount.
After we receive the product—typically within 7–10 working days—and it passes our quality check, a coupon code for the remaining balance will be emailed to you within 24–36 hours.
Refund is not an option and kindly don’t humiliate yourself or us by requesting something very similar.
