If the order or the item (s) in the order, that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel that order by login into your account. Then follow these steps. Myorders Tab > go to the particular order > Click on OrderID of that order, you will go to order detail page.> There click cancel order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
An order can only be cancelled if the shipment has not yet been confirmed. If you still wants the product, then please place a new order.
A decision to not fulfil an order prior to shipping-confirmation is a cancelled order. Once an order is shipped, a decision to accept a return or not ship an item is treated as a refund.
The courier service delivering your order usually re-attempts on the next working day in case you miss a delivery.
You can download a soft copy also by login into your account. Go to my orders tab and select that particular order. There is a link invoice .click on the link to download
Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product else return will not be accepted.
The products that are not eligible for returns are as per the Returns Policy. Moreover customized products cannot be returned. Due to Covid-19 personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
When pickup facility is not available for your location as per the courier service providers, you may be asked to ship the item back to us.
We accept multiple modes of payment such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cards, Netbanking. Currently, we do not accept cash on delivery.
You can choose to pay with any Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card issued in India.
We only store your card number, cardholder name and card expiry date. We do not store your card’s CVV number or the 3D secure password.
What should I do my order transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account ?
Payment can fail due to a technical glitch or due to incorrect payment credentials. If the amount has been deducted from your account without order confirmation, please do not place a second order for the same product. Within 48-hours, your order will automatically be confirmed by our system & a confirmation will be sent to you through Email and SMS. However, if your order is not confirmed or you get a payment declined message, please check with your bank for details or contact us. You may be required to submit a screenshot of your account statement.
